- What is Invoice Plus?
- Invoice Plus is TinkerPro's invoicing app. It carries a document from a quotation, to an invoice, to a delivery note, to a recorded payment — with quotations, invoices, payments received, delivery, products, customers, users, branches, reports, and activity logs in one place.
- Is Invoice Plus free?
- Yes. Every module is unlocked free for 30 days and no credit card is required to start. After the trial, the free plan lets you issue 10 quotations, 10 invoices, and add 10 customers every month.
- Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
- No. You can create an account and use Invoice Plus for 30 days without entering any payment details.
- Can I turn a quotation into an invoice?
- Yes. An accepted quotation converts into an invoice without retyping a line — the same items and rates carry over, and the invoice is issued with its own number while the quotation is marked Invoiced.
- Does Invoice Plus keep an audit trail?
- Yes. Every action is written to the activity log with who did it and when: quotation created, sent, viewed by the customer, accepted, invoice created, sent by email, delivery note raised, and payment received.
- Can I use Invoice Plus for more than one branch?
- Yes. Branches are supported on one account, each with its own document numbering, and staff can be given their own logins.
- Can I email or print an invoice?
- Yes. An invoice can be sent to the customer by email as a PDF, or printed.
